Billing
How payment works
Card or bank transfer
Invoices are issued in US dollars and paid securely through our payment processor. Card details are handled by the processor and are never stored by CREOVANTA LLC.
Paid before production
One-off projects are paid in full at booking. Retainers are billed monthly in advance on the same date each month and continue until cancelled.
Cancel before renewal
Retainers can be cancelled at any time up to 7 days before the next renewal date, with no cancellation fee. See the refund and cancellation policy.

Is the price ever higher than what is published?
Only if the scope you ask for is larger than a published package, in which case you receive a written quote and approve it before any work begins. We do not add fees after delivery.
What counts as one asset in a retainer?
One finished, export-ready file. A static concept exported to three ratios counts as three assets. A video and its captioned version count as two. Your monthly plan states the split before the month starts.
What happens if I need more revisions than included?
Additional revision rounds are billed at $60 per round for statics and $110 per round for video, quoted and approved before we start on them.
Do you offer trials or free work?
No free work or spec work. The Creative Sprint exists as a small, fixed-price first project so you can evaluate the output before committing to a retainer.
Do prices include advertising spend?
No. Media budgets are paid by you directly to Meta, TikTok, Google or any other platform. We never invoice or hold your ad spend.
